After more than half a decade in the medical device industry as a sales and device specialist, AJ Hale transitioned to the non-profit cardiovascular capacity-building space with the Dennis and Jane Reese Foundation. 

AJ serves as a force multiplier, focusing on supporting the growth of cardiovascular programs worldwide and forming the Global Cardiovascular Collaborative, a coalition of non-profit cardiovascular organizations to share resources and achieve collective growth.
