Dr. Cyrus Hadadi is a cardiac electrophysiologist and Associate Director of Cardiac Arrhythmia Research at MedStar Heart & Vascular Institute. He earned his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine, completed internal medicine residency at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, cardiology fellowship at Geisinger College of Health Sciences, and clinical cardiac electrophysiology fellowship at Georgetown University School of Medicine. Dr. Hadadi specializes in the evaluation and management of complex heart rhythm disorders, including atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia, and ventricular tachycardia. His expertise extends to advanced procedures such as epicardial catheter ablation for complex ventricular tachycardia and developing novel device-based interventional cardiac resynchronization therapies. 


In his research leadership role, Dr. Hadadi pioneers the application of advanced analytic techniques to large, complex patient datasets to improve outcomes for cardiac electrophysiology procedures at MedStar. Known for his patient-centered philosophy that emphasizes treating each person with dignity and individualized care, he combines cutting-edge electrophysiology expertise with a commitment to putting "the heart back in heart care." 


Through his clinical innovation and data-driven research initiatives, Dr. Hadadi is advancing both the technical capabilities and human dimensions of cardiac arrhythmia management.
