Dr. Obi Emerole graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, earning Distinction in Anatomy and Physiology from the University of Ibadan in Ibadan, Nigeria. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency and Clinical Cardiology Fellowship at the State University of New York in Brooklyn, NY, and further specialized with an Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, NY.
Since 1997, Dr. Emerole has been practicing in Macon, where he has established himself as a leading cardiologist. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
He is the founder and President of the Cardiovascular Education Foundation.
