Dr. David Bradley is a Professor of Pediatrics in Cardiology at the University of Michigan Medical School, where he has served on the faculty for over 17 years. He earned his MD from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine (1994), completed his pediatric residency at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, and his fellowship in pediatric cardiology and electrophysiology at the University of Michigan Medical School.


Dr. Bradley's commitment to global health began with his work at the University of Global Health Equity in Rwanda, where he provided bedside and small-group teaching of pediatric cardiology. Building on this foundation, he was awarded a prestigious Fulbright Scholarship in 2022, enabling him to expand his work in Rwanda as Visiting Professor at the University of Rwanda. In this role, he focuses on pediatric cardiology and electrophysiology education while leading cardiac catheterization laboratory development.


Dr. Bradley also serves as a Board Member of the MY Rwanda Heart and Research Centre, contributing to the advancement of pediatric cardiac care in East Africa. His international collaboration demonstrates his dedication to training the next generation of pediatric cardiologists and strengthening cardiac care capacity in resource-limited settings through education, clinical mentorship, and healthcare infrastructure development.

The Cardiovascular Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) international nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting cardiovascular education, research and patient care in Africa and the African Diaspora.
