Elvis Osobaye is a Cardiac Physiologist and Manager of the Cath Lab and Physiology Lab at Cardiocare Hospital in Abuja, Nigeria. He holds a Bachelor's in Human Physiology from Ambrose Alli University and a Master's degree in Physiology from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. Elvis is a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certified by Cardiovascular Credentialing International, USA, with specialized training in invasive and non-invasive cardiology services from India.


Upon returning to Nigeria, Elvis played a pivotal role in establishing interventional cardiology services in the South South region, working with pioneering teams in Bayelsa State and Lagos. At Cardiocare Hospital, he oversees comprehensive cardiac services including coronary and peripheral interventions, echocardiography, and cardiac implantable electronic device procedures. He has successfully developed the hospital's cardiac device clinic in partnership with CVEF, specializing in pacemaker, ICD, and CRT interrogation and programming.


Currently training physiologists in Cath Lab and Cardiac Rhythm Management services, Elvis is passionate about advancing cardiac electrophysiology in Nigeria and seeks opportunities for mentorship and collaboration with senior electrophysiologists to further develop EP and CRM capabilities in the region.
