Mr. Olayiwola is an experienced critical care nurse and cardiovascular specialist with vast knowledge of cardiac diagnosis and interventions. 


After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing from Babcock University Nigeria, he went on to train in cardiovascular technology in the Institute of Cardiovascular disease in Chennai India. Following, he has returned to Nigeria, and honed his skills in the cath lab, becoming adept in all procedures including device implantation, coronary diagnostics and intervention. 


Organized, detail- oriented with high standards for performance and maintenance of treatment protocols, he is patient-focused, compassionate caregiver.  He has been a Cardiac intensive care unit nurse manager for more than 6 years, supervising and directing of all activities of the units with the primary management function which includes effective patient care while adhering to the policies, procedures, philosophy, and objectives of the hospital. His motto is to ‘Always be eager to learn and stay ever ready’.

The Cardiovascular Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) international nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting cardiovascular education, research and patient care in Africa and the African Diaspora.
