Dr. Latoya Linton-Frazier is a Board-Certified Cardiac Electrophysiologist currently practicing at Indiana Regional Medical Center in Pennsylvania, with additional affiliations at Duquesne University College of Osteopathic Medicine as Assistant Professor of Cardiology. She earned her medical degree from Penn State University College of Medicine, completed internal medicine residency at University Hospitals of Cleveland, and pursued cardiology and electrophysiology fellowships at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Dr. Linton-Frazier specializes in complex device implantations including biventricular, leadless, and subcutaneous systems, and was the first physician in West Virginia to perform the CONVERGENT/Hybrid procedure for pharmaco-refractory atrial fibrillation.
A prolific researcher and educator, she has served as principal investigator for multiple clinical trials, published extensively on cardiac rhythm management, and holds leadership roles including membership in the Heart Rhythm Society's inaugural GLOBE. Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Linton-Frazier serves as Cardiology Rotation Director, advocates for women's cardiovascular health through community speaking engagements, and contributes to her community through board positions with Amor For Kids and the Harrison, Monongalia and Marion Health Sciences and Technology Academy.
