Dr. Saif Al-Najafi is an attending cardiologist and Director of the Cardiac Imaging Center at Winchester Cardiac and Vascular Medicine, where he also serves as Director of the Echo Lab at Winchester Medical Center. He earned his medical degree from Al-Mustanseriya University in Baghdad and completed internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at St. John Hospital & Medical Center in Detroit, followed by advanced cardiac imaging training at Emory University.

Dr. Al-Najafi holds Level III certifications in cardiac MRI, cardiac CT, and echocardiography, plus Level II certification in nuclear cardiology. He is board-certified by multiple specialty boards including CBCCT, ABIM Cardiovascular Medicine, Nuclear Cardiology, and Adult Echocardiography.

As Director of the Non-invasive Cardiology Lab, he has been instrumental in developing clinical protocols and quality control measures. Dr. Al-Najafi was named "Doctor of the Year" at Winchester Medical Center in 2019 and "Teacher of the Year" at Rush University Cardiology Department in 2016.
