Latoya Linton-Frazier MD, MS, FACC

LaToya Linton-Frazier, MD is a cardiac electrophysiologist and Assistant Professor of Cardiology at Duquesne University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She has more than a decade of experience in electrophysiology, with expertise in atrial fibrillation, cardiac implantable electronic devices, intracardiac echocardiography, and advanced pacing and defibrillator therapies.

Dr. Linton-Frazier earned her medical degree from Penn State University College of Medicine and completed Internal Medicine residency at University Hospitals of Cleveland, followed by fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.

An experienced clinician, investigator, and educator, Dr. Linton-Frazier has served as principal investigator for multiple cardiac device studies and is a contributing author to the 2026 multisociety expert consensus statement on cardiac implantable electronic device lead management and extraction. She has served as an invited speaker and Scientific Sessions Co-Chair for the Heart Rhythm Society and was a member of the inaugural HRS GLOBE leadership program for Black electrophysiologists. She is particularly passionate about cardiovascular education, mentorship, and advocacy for women’s cardiovascular health.
