Aaron ‘AJ’ Hale MBA CCDS

AJ Hale is a cardiovascular device specialist and global health leader focused on building sustainable cardiovascular programs in resource-limited settings. After more than a decade in the medical device industry, he transitioned to the nonprofit sector and currently serves as Vice President of Programs for the Dennis and Jane Reese Foundation.

An IBHRE-certified cardiac device specialist, Mr. Hale brings both technical expertise and program-development experience to cardiovascular capacity-building initiatives around the world. His work emphasizes hands-on training, development of local clinical teams, and connecting established cardiovascular programs with the resources and expertise needed for sustainable growth.

Mr. Hale is a co-founder and Chairman of the Global Cardiovascular Collaborative (GCC), a coalition of nonprofit cardiovascular organizations created to share expertise, coordinate resources, and amplify their collective impact. Through this work, he has supported cardiovascular education and capacity-building programs across Africa and other underserved regions.
