Ms. King earned her first-class BSc in Diagnostic Radiography from City University London and subsequently completed an MSc in Patient Safety at Imperial College London. Her leadership work has included commissioning a new cardiac catheterization laboratory, workforce development, service expansion, and quality-improvement initiatives.
Beyond her work in the United Kingdom, Ms. King is committed to strengthening cardiovascular services in resource-limited settings. Through volunteer work in Ghana and Nigeria, she has supported the development of cardiology services and provided hands-on training to local teams in cardiovascular imaging, radiation safety, equipment utilization, and workflow optimization.
Her work reflects a particular passion for building safe, sustainable cardiovascular programs—not only through technology and infrastructure, but by developing the skills and confidence of the teams who will ultimately sustain them.
